  • Successfully increased collected units per drive and frequency of blood drives on campus for two regional key accounts (Bank of America, Pennington s BNY Mellon/Pershing, Jersey City) over 100% year- over-year.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of regional events for blood drives at corporate, educational, and community facilities, collaborated with national and international organizations to leverage industry connections.
  • Utilize extensive project management skills in executing each blood drive, which involved liaising with chairperson and maintaining interdepartmental communication for coordination of logistical requests and specific account concerns, providing awareness to all staff of any potential element that may cause tardiness such as weather or construction en route), budget management, and promotion of blood drives in accordance with strategic timeline.

Upon review of campaign result’s metrics by upper management, which demonstrated proven success, through increased number blood donations, draw of significant amount of new donors, and overwhelming positive feedback from donors (cited by Unit Managers’ on-site staff on report).
