Ensuring scheduling for all store associates are fair and consistent as well as completed on time. Working closely with the Store Manager on staffing ensuring the store is staffed efficiently going into and out of season. Create, managing and closing requisitions in a timely matter. It is the responsibility of the ASDS to schedule and along side the Store Manger conduct onboarding new associates in such matters as paperwork and training. Maintaining all the command areas such as breakroom, training room and restrooms are cleaned stocked and up to date.

Department Supervisors are accountable for their associates performance, as well as directing their associates to preform top priorities and ensuring the delivery of GET, greet, engage and thank our customers.

Monitor weekly and daily scheduling to ensure the desk has enough coverage to assist each and every customer in a timely manner. Making sure that the department as well as the store is working in a safe manner.
