Responsible for effective customer service with all Complete Care
facilities, including but not limited to patients, vendors, insurance
providers, referral sources and co-workers.
● Accurate posting of data entry, batch/cash drawer balancing, time
management, efficient verification of insurance plans, and
effectively communicating to patients their financial
responsibility.
Responsible for meeting with new or prospective clients, compiling client data, and determining the best next course of action for each client.
● Ensure correct billing and insurance information received for
patients and entered into the system.
● Answer incoming calls and transferred appropriately.
● Ensure all registration documents are properly completed, signed
and routed
Responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.
● Assist residents with making menu choices in an informative, helpful way and according to established guidelines.
● Effectively communicate with the kitchen staff regarding residents’ dietary needs, and other special requests.
● Responsible for proper dining set-up and cleaning dining rooms
