• Acquired and cleaned up the data via Pandas software from primary and secondary sources for use in analysis,

resulting in a reduction of errors in data transformation by 50%.

• Benchmarked analysis on current competitors and create online survey via SQL to understand customers’ needs

and what problems need to solved.

• Embed a Human Centered Design approach, produce flowchart, process wireframes and prototypes for testing

and validation collaborated with team members.

• Worked on daily and weekly analysis on designing projects, workflows and experiments to inform important

Credit Card Fraud Detection project with Python & Machine Learning

September 2020 - December 2020

• Conduct initial research to validate a dataset by performing exploratory data analysis on the dataset.

• Train and observe the 3different newly created models on the dataset and pick the best one based on the

visualizations of each score and evaluate the approach used and analyze the advantages and possible concerns.

• Applied different Machine Learning algorithms for fraud transactions to the dataset, such as NumPy, Sci-kit

learns, etc., to improve the accuracy & precision of the Credit Card fraud detection model for a dataset of over

500,000 transactions.

New Ground Service Learning Consulting Project

• Assist in identifying business needs, understand the redesign and establish processes and guidelines.

and reviewing results against budget.

• Set up project and worked with team member to breakdown structures, which developed a business plan for a

hypothetical case study.

• Researched potential solutions to provide tax insights on the topic collaborated with peers to solve a tax issue

and presented a solution to a panel of PwC professionals.
