Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Main Duties
• Respond and monitor all guest rooms and public spaces, equipment, and PM programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of all staff and guests.
• Report to work on time and in full uniform
• Inspects assigned area on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep the facility in functioning and serviceable condition
• Conduct room Preventative Maintenance on all hotel rooms, building and equipment.
• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures
• Repairs various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
• Reports any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate
• Assist with security and safety checks for the property through visual checks.
• Make a periodically check in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning and furniture
