During my time in externship I was able to learn an array of skills consisting with; patient communication, patient positioning based on different doctors specific views, x-ray per and post operations, and basic casting and splint application/removal.

• Coached team members in techniques necessary to complete job tasks.
• Trained new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements.
• Worked different stations to provide optimal coverage and meet production goals.
• Evaluated employee skills and knowledge regularly, training and mentoring individuals with lagging skills.
• Took on additional job duties during unexpected backlog, resulting in meeting project target date.

• Managed multiple tasks and met time-sensitive deadlines.
• Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Restocked supplies and submitted purchase orders to maintain stock levels.
• Kept reception area clean and neat to give visitors positive first impression.
• Corresponded with clients through email, telephone or postal mail.
• Answered large volume of incoming calls daily to resolve customer issues and schedule appointments.
