Salesforce - Workflow Migration: The Release Team has been in the process of migrating their workflow into the Salesforce application since August 2022 and remains an ongoing effort through 2024. From August of 2022 to June of 2023 I was the primary point of contact coordinating with our product owner team every step of the way to build the new workflow into Salesforce. Even after leaving the department in July of 2023 I still continue to assist the product owner team and Release Department Management team with meetings, questions, etc.
Collateral Record Clean Up: Due to my previous experience in the Release Department I've been assisting daily with the Collateral Record Clean Up project, reviewing and deleting old collateral records in our CICS/SHAW System from November of 2023 to present day.
