• Manages a portfolio of roughly 180 annual fund prospects and donors. Conducts outreach to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward individual community members, foundations, and corporations for the purpose of determining if they have the financial ability, capacity and interest in making an annual gift to Texas Health Resources Foundation.
• Collaborates with the director of annual fund to support employee giving campaigns, North Texas Giving Day, Birthday Buddies, direct mail/e solicitation, and Grateful Patient programs in the North region in order to achieve annual fund goals.
• Drives the volunteer recruitment, training and management process in order to execute Foundation events/affinity groups effectively.
• Partners with Foundation and hospital leadership on assigned affinity groups. Duties include agenda generation, clinician engagement/scheduling, and execution of meetings.
• Strategically plans, coordinates, and executes the Starlight Gala event (1 of 3 fundraising events at Texas Health Resources). I successfully solicited 10 new committee event members, event sponsors, corporate donors, and community support to reach the $100,000 event fundraising goal.
