• Load management and safety compliance in overhead fixtures for live events.

• Payroll Steward-Management and leadership role encompassing a wide variety of duties such as; Payroll and contract enforcement, Operational management, and worker advocacy and safety.
• Up-rig/Down-rig/Steel Climber: Similar duties to above. Significantly more high wind abatement and emergency protocol experience in Washington.
• Dept. Lead: tracking workflow among a team through setup/strike to support production of live events.

• Rigger- Up and Down-Rig operations outdoor venue demonstrating proficiency in load management, complex rope work, knot security, and advanced motor/pendant control. Consistently practice safety compliance and situational awareness
• Steel Climbing: Assembly/Disassembly of temporary steel structures. Prioritizing clear communication during material transfers and adhering to established safety and fall zone protocols.
• Boom lift operator: inspection and controlled operation of an aerial platform to transport workers, equipment and aid riggers in the grid.

• Seasonal job at an outdoor gear shop. Full-time repairing skis and snowboards. General gear maintenance to structural repairs.
• Machine repair and maintenance. Wintersteiger, Grindrite etc.
• Mentoring and advising junior technicians on techniques and machine usage.

• Stagehand/Grip- Provide production support across all departments (audio, video, lighting, SFX)to complete setup and strike of shows as directed by production and local labor chiefs.
