- Expanded dyslexia screeners in K-2 from two assessments to five assessments per student to fully identify at risk students.
- Dyslexia screening data is used to place K-2 students in literacy interventions based on identified needs, including the implementation of the Build program with certified teachers providing targeted support four days per week
- Improved the timeliness of dyslexia testing completion from several months to thirty days.
- Established a process to promptly communicate testing results with parents/guardians and provide a comprehensive report explaining results and next steps.
- Holds and manages 79 section 504 plans for students with dyslexia, collaborating with teachers each semester regarding student needs and conducting annual parent-teacher review meetings
