For 6 or so months I was a normal employee attending to the children and cleaning the kid zone rooms. After this time, I received a promotion to Kidzone coordinator.

Job tasks:

• Making schedules
• Hiring and firing employees
• Handling customer complains and comments
• Keeping rooms cleaned
• Attending to the children
• Developing a cleaning schedule for the staff
• Decorating and coordinating any room activities /holiday events
• Scheduling team meetings

• Helped customers complete purchases, locate items, and load furniture into their cars.
• Maintained a clean and organized workspace, promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Provided excellent service by addressing customers'' needs effectively .
• Greeted all customers warmly to build welcoming and positive atmosphere within store.
• Stayed busy by multitasking. Such as: hanging clothes, putting up merchandise, handling register and assisting customers on the floor.

• Cashier services were handled every day, my job was to promote the sign-up of a red card as well as effectively and quickly bag the customers' items and accept payment.

• Hardlines, the work I provided in this area was to put out merchandise within areas such as medicines and shampoos. I helped stock shelving.

• Softlines work was when I put out clothing and helped set up certain clothing lines for display purposes.

• Starbucks consisted of helping clean and ring up people as well as help with the making of a few drinks this job was an assist position on an as-needed basis and was extremely fast-paced

• Food Avenue I was required to make food, tend to customers and ensure that dishes and clean up were maintained.

• Pharmacy assistance, I was to organize medicine bags by date filled and to verify customer identity with every pick up if they did not have the proper identity I was not allowed to sell to them. I also had to ring up the customers as well.
