- I am responsible for all design produced for use throughout CMA internationally and for maintaining the visual identity of CMA through produced materials for use in the motorcycling world.
- All printed material, garment design, new product design, photography, fine art, and interior design originates from my department.
- The HeartBeat magazine is a major monthly project.
- The creation of banners, tracts, brochures, business cards, instructional materials, screen printed garment art, DVD and USB case inserts, rally pins, event logos, studio and event photography as well as departmental budgeting and employee supervision all fall within my responsibilities.

1988 - 1994
- I set up and sized color transparencies for drum scanning, as well as dark room color correction of film outputs.
- Later moved to image re-touching and manipulation and worked on the Combi 2000 (a German system). This employment period formed my understanding of 4 color process printing, digital multi-step high volume work flow, the mechanics of image manipulation and retouching as well as color theory for 4 color process printing on the web press.
- Clients: Neiman Marcus, Dillards, I Magnin, Horchow, etc.
