Meri Shorova

I work as a Head of the Regional Center for Transfusion Medicine in Shtip since 2020. Before that, I was the Coordinator for Quality control. Every day I work on the promotion and development of blood donation in Shtip, with professional lectures on the motivation of all population groups to donate blood. As a specialist, I deal with a range of professional problems in the field of and immunohematology, quality control, for which I was educated in Ljubljana, with the Certificate for Quality Management in Blood Transfusion 2014. Therapy, monitoring and prevention of arterial and venous thrombosis I work daily in the outpatient Clinic, which is part of the Shtip Clinical Hospital. The use of OAT in cardiovascular diseases and in Deep Vein Thrombosis.I am expanding my professional activity by actively participating in several Symposia, conferences and congresses. I have been working as an assistant at the Faculty of Medicine of the University - Goce Delchev Shtip since 06.07.2012. I teach at the Red Cross, with a Certificate of maintenance of First Aid Training for those injured in traffic accidents and as an authorized lecturer for the training of personal assistants for persons with disabilities. Hobby: Marathon running (I am a participant in several half-marathons and mountain runs here and abroad). Highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges.
