  • Provide Total patient care to 86 year old female. Patient has (advanced Parkinsons for over 35 years. Patient has a history of Bells Palsy, acute kidney failure, small bowel obstruction, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Mixed Connective Tissue, Musculoskeletal Disorders and Chronic eye infections.
  • Patient requires 24 hr continuous care. Starting with head to toe assessment. Collecting vitals, auscultating lungs, abdomen and assessing for edema.
  • Breathing treatments twice daily. Percussions and incentive spirometer used daily to help patient with expectorating phlegm.
  • Assisted patients with personal hygiene activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming,eye care and toileting needs. Transferring patient to wheelchair.
  • Administering medications around the clock.
  • When needed suppositories, enemas, and digital disimpaction provided.
