MFG Floor Support Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor

  • Supervise and manage an Engineering Floor Support team to troubleshoot, escalate and resolve complex test cases. Ensure tools are progressing, escalate critical issues to supporting engineering teams. As a senior supervisor, make sure the teams are aligned to the same goal and improve on our process and procedures to better support the MFG floor in a timely manner.

HVM Pilot Transition/Dry Control Supervisor

  • Supervise the successful transition of new products from Pilot into HVM. Verify and update CF instructions for MFG introduction and understanding. Coordinate the workforce and make the team available during multiple Build Qualify running concurrently. Monitored the labor hours, rework metrics and issue logs to ensure the team was complying with the BQ requirements.

Worked closely with the engineering team to introduce the WTS handler and personally involved in transfer and training of technicians in the Tualatin campus. Created the testing procedures and best-known methods for the WTS and DLCM modules. Promoted as a trainer 3 months after being hired and as a Lead at 6 months. Remained as a Lead until my promotion into supervision.
