Process multiple air export shipments on a daily basis for the PDX and SEA offices. File AES to US customs for exporting customer.

Create billing invoices for local customers and overseas offices. Provide quotes to local customers and overseas offices to include regular movements, ADHOC - oversize shipments and dangerous goods.

Schedule pickups and coordinate with multiple dispatch teams.

Process all air export dangerous goods shipments for SEA and PDX. Maintain DG records and comply with all IATA regulations. Complete physical checkoff to ensure freight has all proper hazardous labeling.

Daily report to ensure file billing is compliant with tariff rates. Files are rated and billing complete to close files. Daily tracking and tracing to ensure arrival at destination. Weekly CASS report to ensure charges with the carriers are correct (per quote and or contract rates) and paid.

Daily communication with local customers and overseas offices via phone and email.
