Keep all client files up to date and ensure that client bookkeeping, payroll, and tax needs are met. Track, file, and report all payroll taxes for the office and clients. Ensure that estimated tax payments are made for self-employed clients. Process 1099 and W-2 for client employees at the end of the year. Process accounts payable & receivable for the office and clients. Produce various financial reports for clients. Reconcile client bank statements.
