- As a batter operator it was my job to hang up the super sacks of dry batter using a vacuum system to to the mixers to be turned into a wet batter to be placed onto the product using a machine called a applicator,took checks of the viscosity, made adjustments when necessary. performed good housekeeping, by sweeping up the batter room, and spraying the floor and machines of the wet mix to ensure that there was no slip/trip hazards on the floor.
