Taking over completed projects in R & D from development teams. Preparing production files of project output products. Planning, managing and performing necessary corrections in accordance with findings in pilot production and field test reports

Selling, installing and commissioning machines for natural stones and engineered stones. Finding new customers with help of fairs and to understand their needs to give them perfect solutions. After serving and installing solutions, other duties are to train employees of factories about how machines or plants work and to solve problems which occur in Breton machines.

Fitwin was basically a fitness center helper for fitness members, owners and trainers. This application`s aims were to help members to see their own exercises within the application with gifs, to be able to make reservation for group exercises, control their frequency of exercising and to make it a competition between fitness center members.

My team ( 3 employees ) in Finansbank was responsible for project

development and cash management systems. During my time in department we established HGS( Fast Pass System ) to Finansbank and I created the system and wrote a document about how to use the system to help branches such as loading money to HGS, how to solve problems and solutions for frequently asked questions. My team also developed updates for tax collecting systems from internet, offices and mobile application and followed if everything works well.

After I have learned the fundamental knowledge about defense industry,

coding and designing circuits, I requested to be in responsible of managing my old projects( TAI - ANKA, ASELSAN - EKU ) and some other new projects ( OTOKAR - ALTAY TANK, MUSEUM GUIDE PLAYER ). I did so many customer visits plus I managed projects with the help of software and hardware engineers, purchasing department, accounting department and administrative processes between CEO and company.

With Pavo I moved from Ankara to Istanbul and started to work as a software and hardware engineer. Pavo was and is the subcontractor of Turkey`s biggest defense industry companies. I improved myself a lot it C programming and PCB designing with Altium programming while working for the TAI`s Aerospace Vehicle Control Unit project (AKA Anka or Tiha) and Aselsan`s Mobile RF Jammer System project. Those two projects are finished and working perfectly under Aselsan and TAI.
