Raleigh,United Arab Emirates

Summary

For almost 25 years I have been a Neonatal & Pediatric Consultant as well as the Head of the NICU Department for numerous hospitals in the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. In my career I have grown four NICU units from construction to Level III (JCI Accredited) across multiple organizations. I have lead an abundance of internal audits, ethical committee boards, staff training programs.

I am looking to hang up the white coat and start a new chapter in my career as a medical coder. My passion for medicine and providing for patients has not faded but rather taken a new form. As a seasoned neonatologist with extensive experience in reviewing complex medical records, I possess a meticulous approach to accurately code primary and secondary diagnoses, procedures including evaluations and management services. My proficiency includes navigating and interpreting ICD-10-CM and CPT coding conventions. This background equips me to excel in the role of a medical coder, where attention to detail and clinical expertise are paramount.
