• As the Quality Designee/Coordinator in OR, I strictly adhere to and help implement the hospital's policy on Quality Patient Care in the department. Including construction and reviewing OR Policy and Procedure, creating monthly reports and records, and coordinating them directly with the Quality Nursing office. I also report the data during the yearly departmental presentation to all hospital management.
• Performs duties as a scrub and circulating nurse, adhering to the hospital's policies and procedures. We ran 6 adult and 2 Children's Operation Theaters simultaneously.
• Monitors post op patients by timely checking of VS, treating post op anesthesia symptoms like pain, nausea etc. Keeping dressing dry and intact. Ensuring patient's smooth transition from sedation to full alertness.

Labor and Delivery Room
