-I always had a thing for for reading autobiographies about my favorite hip hop artists of how they became the person they are today. Or even just books, where they just break down the phycology and reasoning behind every verse they say. I get fascinated on how different each artist's method when it comes to creating a song. I also enjoy reading manga (Japanese comics), I mostly consume genres of horror, dark fantasy, or psychological thriller/horror when it comes to manga.
-I always want to stay in shape to protect myself, along with it being therapeutic to do as im in my own element in the gym. I listen to music and just isolate from all the stress i have to deal with and dedicate this time in bettering myself not just physically, but mentally and spiritually.
-I just recently starting meditating, but I can say it really helps with my mental health. Just going outside in nice weather, and clearing my mind breathing in and breathing out while im in the sun. I usually listen calm music while i meditate sometimes to make myself 100 percent relaxed. This hobby i just picked up is probably the most important, because the way on how i approach difficult situations are different before i meditated, because i think i handle these situations more in a logical and mature manner, instead of handling based of off emotion.
