I applied at Addus Homecare for a caregiver position. Was promoted to become an Administrative Supervisor to work in the field then was given an office with a training area in it. The boss offers a recruiting position. Absolutely loved working in the office and doing recruitment. Decided to go back to school to achieve a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree to further this career. Honest, smart, hardworking woman.
Print applicants' application, contact the people who
started on their app but did not finish to assist with getting it done. Contact applicants to schedule appointment interview dates to come in and fill out paperwork. Collect state required documents, then do background checks to see if applicant needs to get fingerprinted or not. Applicants that need to be fingerprinted printout livescans for those individuals. Let applicant sign livescan, keep sign copy in their file, and give them that is not signed. Furthermore, give applicants that are eligible date to come in for training. Also, give them information on how to complete ADP. On day of training, let applicants ask questions while class in session, check to see if everyone ADP complete. Applicants ADP that is not complete, assist them with getting their on boarding tasks done, and celltrak setup after class. Enter expiring tags, new hired into project one, and covid vaccine cards. Fax, email, and mail union forms. Give supervisor applicants files for second review. Each class is hired in system on Fridays.
