During my shift, I take inbound calls from our Small Business clients with servicing multiple different issues, questions, or maintenance with our small business checking, savings, and credit card products. All contact center agents have stats that we are require to meet on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
As a customer service representative, I greet customers every day on my shift and provide my assistance to help better their shopping experience. I have a quota of Tanger memberships to sell each day, week, and month. My job includes data entry, sending and receiving emails, doing outcoming calls and receiving incoming calls. Throughout and at the end of my shift, I am to stock inventory for the next worker. At the end of my shift, I fill out paperwork for my recap of shift as well as print out reports to hand in.
As a personal shopper, I pick orders for different customers as the orders fall into the TC (Walmart equipment) and I dispense the orders when customers check in at Pick-Up. I answer the customer Pick-Up phone when customers call in. I run the reports from the previous days so I can keep the board updated. I complete quality checks to make sure product goes with the correct customer. Also, I complete exceptions when there are some to complete in our TCs.
During my time at Dart Container, I entered data into an SAP system every day. I produced production orders for the department to make products. I closed production orders when the production order was finished. I entered data into excel spreadsheets based on our production that ran for the day. I held administration duties like checked emails regularly, answer the office phones, made copies, and fax paperwork.
