As a Customer Service Associate at Wawa, I work in the Deli, Register, and Beverage departments. I work the overnight shift.

In the deli, I make food hot and ready to the order, make sure everything is stocked and in code and clean and Sanitary. I also make sure I help customers with whatever they need help with (usually ordering food.)

At register I make sure to be positive and friendly as well as helpful to all customers. I remove expiring products and fill with new products, fill up and clean beverage station, sweep and mop the entire store, stock condiments and sales floor. I also make sure I pay attention to all transactions made and make sure they're accurate.

In beverage I am in charge of making drinks to order. I stock all beverages and ingredients and make sure everything is in code. I wash all equipment that needs washing ( blenders, utensils, coffee pots etc). I also stock up the coffee island and make sure everything in my department is clean.

• When picking, I pick products quickly from bins off of pods, into a row of established totes and push them through unto packing in an accurate and effective fashion
• As a water spider I set up totes for the manual pickers for their stations and load full totes unto the conveyor to proceed to packing
• As an ICQA specialist, I count products inside bins in pods to ensure correct amounts of items are present
