Within my time at TJ Maxx, my job was to assist customers with selecting and understanding jewelry pieces and materials. Maintaining inventory, restocking merchandise, and ensuring the cleanliness of the displays. Of course, that came with knowing the opening and closing procedures for the jewelry cases, as well as helping with the front end of the store. During my time I also promoted the stores credit card and had to meet personal quotes along with team/store quotes.
At the notary office, I answered phone calls, greeted guests, and supported day-to-day administrative tasks. Printed, copied, and filed documents for clients and staff. Maintained a clean office environment and assisted the notary with client needs.
