Connected with different organizations such as NYC votes and teen historical society in which learning about the different civic issues they focus on. Presented the ideas to new york city council members and other influential names connected to the civic issues proposed.
Attended Oliver Scholars scholar's program for two years. The program would meet on Saturdays during the school year and daily in July and August to take classes in preparation for independent high schools.
