Young, creative leader eager to learn and contribute to a team dedicated to serve the community in various ways. Looking to improve and develop my professional skills, and gain meaningful experience as I continue to pursue my education and several ministry opportunities.
Through my time as a childcare worker, I have cultivated patience in handling challenging situations. I have learned to remain calm and understanding, even when faced with tantrums or conflicts. It has also allowed me to learn a bit about customer service, since part of the job involves dealing with parents and other care takers. The experience has showed me the importance of approaching each situation with empathy and care. Managing tasks and schedules efficiently is also crucial in the childcare setting.
I have used my organizational skills to ensure that daily routines run smoothly, and that each child receives proper attention and care. Prioritizing tasks, planning activities, and maintaining a structured environment contribute to the well-being and development of the children.
Take care of small children while parent are not present. Providing educational activities, entertainment, a safe environment to play and interact, food items as appropriate, and deal with any unexpected situation in a professional and caring manner.
I have had
I have had the incredible opportunity to serve God as part of the worship team at The Mount church in Stafford, VA. I have served in all three campuses, Stafford, Fredericksburg, and our Spanish Campus, El Monte, and also as one of the main leaders of the student band.
