Responsible for the daily run of a 16 bed group home. The responsibilities included,  money management of all individuals. The setting and transport of doctors appointments and all other scheduled appointments. Full supervision of 14 staff members whom, were appointed to make sure completed all Activities of Daily Living's for each individual with completed daily logs for those individuals. 

• Entered details such as payments, account information and call logs into the computer system.
• Responded to customer requests via telephone and email.
• Reviewed each step of patient care and made proactive adjustments to avert issues.
• Worked with patients and families to develop future plans and discuss care actions.
