In April 2021, the X&Y Quadrant Dance Complex Inc. was established in Manhattan, New York, to promote Chinese dance culture and offer Chinese dance courses.
Concurrently, the Quadrant International Art Center was established in Harbin, China, offering national teacher training classes, arts examination preparation courses, overseas dance study guidance, adult dance classes, children's dance classes, undertaking the choreography and teaching for corporate and institutional cultural activities, and organizing cultural and artistic exchange events, etc. To date, nearly 200 students and more than 30 teachers have been trained. The center's primary notable achievements include:
- In January 2023, received recognition as a cooperative unit with the AEAFC Sino-French Cultural and Artistic Exchange Association.
- In November 2021, signed a cooperation agreement with the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
- In February 2022, collaborated with the Harbin branch of China Merchants Bank to organize exclusive events for VIP customers.
- In October 2021, participated in the recording of the official promotional video for "Outstanding Youths of Heilongjiang Province."
- In August 2021, became the designated dance cooperation unit for the "I Am a Little Drama Star" troupe.
- In August 2021, awarded the title of "Harbin's Most Popular Dance Institution Center" for the year 2021.
