• Facilitated and led the supply chain team in the development and successful integration of an MRP system. Continuously worked cross-functionally with business systems analysts to ensure the software is interpreting extracts from ERP and relaying to MRP how we want them too

• Value stream mapping of various departments to identify waste opportunities and implemented any potential 5S processes
• Created Purchase orders & followed up on order acknowledgement in order to retain supplier engagement
• Identified cost reductions via dual sourcing and led EOL/E&O projects that led to an better cash utilization.
