• Provides direct patient care immediately following administration of anesthesia in the post operative environment
• Evaluates patient pain, nausea, difficulty breathing in the recovery room and employs various nursing interventions to manage complications
• Maintains stable vital signs, provides incision/dressing care, educates patients/families about pertinent home-going instructions
• Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff to ensure positive patient outcomes following sedation/surgery

PACU travel RN contracted at University Hospitals, Outpatient Surgery;

• Suburban Surgery Center
• Westlake Surgery Center
• Mentor Surgery Center
