Take payments from subscribers, reconcile cash drawer, weekly bank deposits, enter perm or temp stops and starts, issue credits for retailers and subscribers for missing papers or incorrect billing, run weekly reports for carriers and office/dock personnel to insure proper deliveries, enter returns from retailers to insure proper credit for unsold product, weekly follow-up calls to customers to insure delivery has improved, created spreadsheets for carriers to insure proper collection of unsold product from retailers, weekly reports for other Gannett locations across the state for Dock efficiency, cross trained on local dock procedures insuring carriers had proper amounts of each publication needed for deliveries to subscribers and/or retailers. schedule technicians for initial or follow-up service calls, order parts for walk in customers or technicians daily, sell stock parts over the counter or phone, reconcile cash drawer, process technician paper work complete or for reschedule, send warranty info to warranty tech for processing, coordinate with fellow workers to insure technicians were not over or under booked with calls, multiline phone system, Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
