Driven to exceed expectations, I leveraged my expertise in sales strategies and relationship building at SolarCity/Tesla Energy to create a comprehensive sales training platform, significantly enhancing the performance of 1500 sales reps. My background as a Sales Director and business owner underscores my ability to optimize sales processes and foster meaningful customer connections.
My role was to facilitate the sales growth, manage projects/timelines, as well as customer relationships for solar, construction, & electrical projects. I was also the face of the company and met with customers in person to understand their desires, set expectations properly, and help create a positive overall experience.
I was in charge of creating the sales training platform for the entire company of 1500 sales reps. I also managed the teams in Southern California to help the sales reps grow their business, create job opportunities through referrals, as well lower the cost of acquisition/job for the company.
I owned a residential mortgage company in Seattle where I met with customers face to face to discuss short and long term goals of purchasing or refinancing a home. I evaluated their current finances, as well as provided sound advice to help them obtain a mortgage or refinance for their home. I also managed the entire underwriting and loan processing for each transaction to assure the customer's expectations and timelines were exceeded.
I played golf professionally on mini-tours throughout the country trying to obtain my PGA card. I spent my off-season in Palm Springs and practiced out of Desert Willow. I solidified my NGA Hooters Tour Card in January 2003, as well as played other mini tours throughout the country.
I get to spend time with each of my kiddos on the course and thankful this is a connection we will have forever.
