Bone Dry Roofing Company - Large roofer booking Hotels for their own crews and subs. Had been with CLC for many years but has since switched over completely to Hotel Engine. I spent a lot of time configuring their account and talking to both Nic and Lauren about how they wanted to set it up to meet their needs exactly. I ran multiple demos and got their credit limit raised before making the AM handoff. After a successful trial, Bone Dry's parent company was so impressed with the results we are achieving for them, they have decided to move forward and rollout HE to the rest of their portfolio of roofing companies - I just created an opp for the first one today.
American Sealants - Water feature construction company who was using airbnb, corporate housing and Hotels. Their billing and reconciliation was a mess and they were not earning rewards among other issues. I convinced them to test us out for a couple upcoming projects and they have since switched completely over to HE. Now, they are organized, earning rewards and have nothing but great things to say when I give them a call. Danielle in particular is super thankful because she was hesitant around third parties at first but has since implemented features like Flexpro and Direct Bill which has saved her a ton of time.
SFR3 - a property management company with thousands of properties. They need to book hotels for their tenants when maintenance issues arise. Direct Bill was a massive help along with incidentals to simplify the process for them, free up credit and give their tenants a frictionless check in experience. I helped them raise their credit limit multiple times and assisted with multiple roadblocks when they would come up.
I've received feedback that I spend too much time trying to get the most out of my current clients but I find that to be the most rewarding aspect of my current role. Building, maintaining and growing relationships. I still give my clients regular check in calls to make sure they are happy and ask if there's anything I can do to make their lives easier.
