  • Maintained and met all Safety/Quality/Cost/Production metrics for 38% of Molding/Liquids operations business.
  • Investigated and implement ideas for quality improvement, increased productivity and cost reduction through Root Cause analysis tools daily. Through a series of focused RCA events along with the roll out of our operator lead Line Side Problem Solving program. The Value Stream was able to deliver in Q4 of 2017 a full 4.3% points in OEE (67.6% to 71.9%) improvement and increased capacity of 90,000 con's. Current 2018 tracking at 70.8 showing sustainability.
  • Managed through a 3 tier escalation process. Manage the day (Hour by Hour), manage the week (making committed schedule), mange the month (S&OP Delivery),
  • Maintained and communicated daily productivity and with recovery plans when needed.
  • Exception Based Management Style. Set clear targets and boundaries for my leadership and operations team. Giving them the autonomy to work within those boundaries and focus on a team delivered result and not a manager delivered result.
  • Define and set manufacturing performance standards with my teams support to deliver company OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures) and with regular review of performance to those metrics build and grow future stretch targets.
