• Managing start up new plastic bottle molding facility. 63 direct reports of both operations and maintenance with 4 production supervisors, one maintenance supervisor and one assistant manager.
• Managing our daily operations production plan and the direct coordinated manpower needed to meet an aggressive production and ramp up schedule.
• 6 high production output molding machines. With an on-site fully automated warehouse storage facility.
• Responsible for Safety and Quality procedures and accurate documentation.
• Just completed our first 365 days with no OSHA recordable incidents.

Primary Responsibility: Manage Value Stream Group 1, business unit consist of 3 Inline Molding/Liquids/Blending lines end to end. 4 Operations Supervisors, 91 operators. 17.3 M con's

• Maintained and met all Safety/Quality/Cost/Production metrics for 38% of Molding/Liquids operations business.
• Investigated and implement ideas for quality improvement, increased productivity and cost reduction through Root Cause analysis tools daily. Through a series of focused RCA events along with the roll out of our operator lead Line Side Problem Solving program. The Value Stream was able to deliver in Q4 of 2017 a full 4.3% points in OEE (67.6% to 71.9%) improvement and increased capacity of 90,000 con's. Current 2018 tracking at 70.8 showing sustainability.
• Managed through a 3 tier escalation process. Manage the day (Hour by Hour), manage the week (making committed schedule), mange the month (S&OP Delivery),
• Maintained and communicated daily productivity and with recovery plans when needed.
• Exception Based Management Style. Set clear targets and boundaries for my leadership and operations team. Giving them the autonomy to work within those boundaries and focus on a team delivered result and not a manager delivered result.
• Define and set manufacturing performance standards with my teams support to deliver company OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures) and with regular review of performance to those metrics build and grow future stretch targets.

Primary Responsibilities: Area Molding Maintenance Manager (3 shift Supervisors/1 Preventative Maintenance Supervisor/1 Machine shop supervisor/ 52 Maintenance) 11 Rotary Molding Machines, 4 Husky Injection machines, 2 PET Sipa Stretch Molding machines.

• Managed day to day scheduling of all planned maintenance activities (changeovers, PM's, planned projects and rebuilds, etc.)
• Established documented protocols for preventive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment performance and compliance.
• Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of centerline equipment settings, bottle process, visual management and process flow diagrams along with other maintenance programs designed for output efficiency.
• Monitored priorities and liaised between maintenance teams and our liquids operations.
• Responsible for development of bottle quality control program to maintain critical to quality attributes needed to run effectively inline with liquids operations.

Primary responsibilities: 

1995-1997 (Molding Supervisor) 20 associates 

• Supervised and directed all day to day molding maintenance and operations associate activities. (Schedules/Change-overs/Coverage)
• Responsible for hiring and training for all new associates. 
• Responsible for the continuation of equipment installs and process of equipment to meet critical timeline coordinated with the install of Liquids lines.

1997-1999 (Area Supervisor) 40 Heads 

• Supervised both molding and liquids operations for now 8 inline molding/liquids filling operation. 
• Converted 4 Molding shuttle machines to new R&B Rotary Wheel extrusion machines. 
• Responsible for the planning for the New Area 2 Molding Liquids Operations for 8 new high out-put rotary wheels and 9 liquids production lines.
• Promoted to Area manager  

Primary responsibility was to bring my knowledge of molding and bottle processing abilities. 

• Set 3 Bekum Shuttles over the course of 3 months
• Set-up utilities and infrastructure to support future growth of 8 In-Line Shuttle machines  
• Processed out 3 bottle types and integrated the first start-up of In-Line molding to support Liquids filling operations for Area 1 packaging.  

Responsible for mold setup, scheduling and process of 15 shuttle machines.   

• Responsible of raw materials, production processes, bottle labeling and quality control.
• Provided technical training to co-workers and new staff.
• Responsible for all equipment and building preventative maintenance.  
• Lead/Oversite of 4 Set-up mechanics.
