Micha Bell

Working as a Childcare Provider at both Meriday Preschool and Alphabet Kids, enhancing child development and safety. As well as behavior management and hygiene protocols, I significantly improved health standards and educational engagement. Always practicing effective communication and empathy, I fostered strong family relationships and child emotional growth. I also became accustomed to multitasking and working quickly to meet challenging demands. Though a lot of my experience is in early childhood development, it is not the only age group I am experienced with working. During undergrad I took a course for Mentoring Juveniles, becoming certified in working with Juveniles, helping them develop better problem-solving tactics. As well as improving behavior by prioritizing beneficial outcomes of the choices we make and developing more interpersonal skills. Working in these positions I have gained the experience in providing quality care to children of all ages. Skilled in creating age-appropriate activities to encourage physical, emotional and social development. I enjoy developing positive relationships with children and families, while making sure their needs are met.
