  • Monitoring & Controlling a budget and cost for over 4.8M Euros while meeting all the KPI's and invoicing according to the agreed timelines.
  • Develop, Build and Maintain the relationship with All stakeholders on all Levels of the organizations to manage expectations and eliminates any escalations by managing effective and sensible communications by using political understanding.
