Perform shiftly, weekly, and/or monthly PMs on:

  • Dummy N2 load ports from Brooks, AMAT, Sinfonia and others.
  • CU/NCu AFW washers to ensure smooth operation.
  • AFQ tools to ensure correct operation for recording FOUP particle counts for each AFW tool.


Other duties include repairing/replacing various parts on FOUPs to ensure proper wafer handling and operation and all other Level 1 duties.

  • Once they're rinsed and clean, scan lot door ID and body ID into various Intel software for tracking.
  • Ensure that lot doors are properly seated, and locked.
  • Ensure lots that can be purged, are purged, and lots that cannot be purged, are stored back in the stockers as dirty, and logging the event OutRepair, and the reason why FOUP is logged out for repairs.
