Highly motivated and hard working. Willing to adapt and learn whatever that is put in front of me. Strong passion and love for the culinary industry and strive to become better each day. Willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the job is done, and that is done right. Being timely and attentive to detail are of upmost importance to me. Will give it all, no matter what the circumstances are.
Unfortunately I have had a string of bad luck with some of the places listed. Four out of the five have shut down and are no longer in operation. I tried to do anything and everything within my power at the level of management I was at to try and help come up with solutions, but at the end, ownership did not want to continue these business ventures. I have been seeking a work place to call home since then. I have bounced back each time going in to these new jobs with more determination to make it work, but it has been the same ending. I do not like hopping from job to job, I prefer routine and steadiness. Unfortunately, the wheels fell off with these places before they even took off for flight.
