My job description can be divided into two groups.

As an approved Tesla body shop;

I am responsible for placing all Tesla body orders and verifying all correct parts are ordered. I track all order. I check in all orders.

I handle all missing damage or miss pulled orders. Working with Tesla to return and receive credit and reorder parts.

I am responsible for mirror matching the parts that came off the vehicle to verify accuracy.

I also work with estimators and technicians to assist them in any Tesla repair.

We also have a small Tesla parts inventory that I manage keeping fast moving parts on hand while selling out slow moving parts and not replenishing.

All other makes, parts are ordered by the estimators, my responsibility is to receive these orders mirror match them to verify accuracy and process returns.

I also give advice to the front office with my 40 years of experience in the automotive field which includes 25 years in the collision industry.
