The Secretary of Defense Phoenix Award (a.k.a SECDEF Maintenance Award) is awarded to the best field-level maintenance units in the military across three categories. During 2020, the USS Abraham Lincoln won in the large category (over a thousand personnel). As a supervisor in the Combat Systems fifth division, I played an integral part of achieving the necessary score to win against all other units in the Department of Defense.
