Michael Anthony Castoro

I am a dedicated and customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. I strive to make sure the customers and my co-workers maintain a positive attitude throughout the day . I pride myself in my work ethic, and going above and beyond the standards of the company. I am highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I aim to leverage my abilities to successfully fill the vacancy at your company. Frequently praised as hard-working by my peers, I can be relied upon to help your company achieve its goals. I will always have the mindset that I am the face of the company and that customers should always have the best experience when they interact with me.

I received this award in 2016 when I was in middle school. My passion was and always has been to help others. During recess hours, I enjoyed helping around the classroom with cleanup or setup. I also loved to talk to my teachers as well as principle. From how I was raised, helping those in need is always my biggest interest. I find that my selflessness is one of the reason that I got awarded this, since aiding my school community was something I was passionate about!
