
Perform Daily inspections boiler rooms,uplifting pumps,storm drain pumps,soft water system ordering salt,facilitate move ins move outs ,schedule unscheduled delivery's ,maintaining cleanness parking structures & loading dock, Schedule Waste Management Monday Thursday pickup for trash compactors ,perform daily visitor&residents parking spaces,schedule all maintenance repairs&pms on all equipment ,Manage all garage doors for efficiency ,responsible for all elevators for 5 buildings , oversee security measures for property, assist with leasing team agenda for property occupancy ,monitor fire system 24 hours ,assist all vendors on property .
