  • 2010-Started a new Swiss Turn division for Tooling Dynamics
  • Designed the layout for the new Swiss Department.
  • 2009- Engineer and machine camera mounts, vision systems components, train associates and up-date machine vision systems on assembly machines for Tyco Electronics.
  • Present-Run and operate my own fabrication shop.
  • 2001 - Built Machine Vision Carts for feed and off feed sides of stamping presses for Tyco Electronics, Inc. East Berlin and China plants.
  • 2000 – Used AutoCAD with 80/20 software to design Machine Vision Cart for use in online inspection in stamping production using 80/20 extruded aluminum products, enabling the use of the PPT Vision System on several presses with different reeling equipment in Tyco Electronics, Inc.’s North Carolina plant.
  • 1998-Traveled to Taiwan plants to train employees on die setup and machine vision.
  • 1998 – Designed, developed, installed and trained associates in PPT Vision Systems for Amp, Inc.’s Hamilton Street, Carlisle plant, resulting in a 50% reduction of scrap.
