My current job we specialize in trim dies and fixture for the diecast industry. I coordinate with our designers and directly with the customers to meet the needs of the tooling requirements. . This requires me to modify, recommend or change the tooling to function in a production atmosphere.

The responsibilities of managing time and leading as a team player to deliver to our customers a product that meets or exceeds their expectations. The roles I perform, from machining both manual and CNC, along with welding, grinding, part inspection, and assembly. Our tools are sampled in house and any blueprint updates and changes are made. Tool making for me has become a leadership, production, customer relations, and Machinist all in one.
