Perform Maintenance on A/L/M Main Rotor and Tail Rotor blades IAW Army Manuals TM 1-1520-280-20&P and TM 1-1520-237-20&P Perform static balancing on Tail rotor blades using AVION balance manual. Remove,replace and install rerquired parts that are worn or beyond repair.I.E.Tail rotor support boots,boots,De-ice brackets,Pivot bearings,Polyurethane Abrasion strips,Nickel Abrasion strips. Install Heater Mats IAW Army SRA procedures. Remove and replace tip caps per TM. Inspect tail rotor blades spar,inspect trailing edge doubler. Inspect Torque tube and Pitch change horn. Use required Adhesives for blade repair and install following all Hazmat requirements for use and disposal. complying with all ISO standards per company regulations. Perform touch up paint requirements for final blade inspections. Co-ordinate with supervisor on pick-up and shipping.
