More than 15+ years of new Construction,
Quality control professional equipped to lead and enhance QC operations. Proven ability to ensure compliance, improve processes, and maintain high standards. Strong focus on team collaboration, adaptable to changing needs, and reliable in meeting objectives. Skilled in process optimization, regulatory adherence, and quality assurance.
Provide technical support for the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical
systems including switchgear, transformers, motors, UPS, MCCs, cable trays, and lighting
systems.
Interpret and review engineering drawings (SLDs, cable schedules, wiring diagrams) and
ensure field installation matches design specifications.
Resolve technical issues in the field by liaising with design engineers and construction
teams.
Support the development of work packs, method statements, and construction execution
plans for electrical scope.Coordinate with QA/QC and inspection teams to ensure proper
documentation, testing (megger, hipot, loop checks), and punch closeout.Monitor
progress of electrical construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule and safety
requirements.Participate in system walkdowns, inspections, and pre-commissioning /
commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards (IEC,
NEC, IEEE, API, etc.).Track and verify as-built drawings and redlines for final
documentation.Provide input on material take-offs, procurement, and technical
evaluation of vendor packages.
Consult with Client and all Contractors and parties involved to prepare documentation for
Mechanical and Turnover Packages.
Worked directly with Commissioning Manager to develop successful Project Teams.
Develop Master Subsystems tracking list.
Scoped P&ID's and One-Line Drawings using Visio.
Prepare Subsystem folders for final Turnover information. Use Tracking Database for
validation.
Conduct weekly meetings with Client and Contractors.
Ensure all construction, pre-commissioning, and inspection activities for LNG systems
are compliant with project specifications, international codes (e.g., ASME, API, IEC), and
quality procedures.
Manage and review the completion and turnover documentation, including ITRs
(Inspection Test Records), check sheets, punch lists, and as-builts.
Track and report the status of systems and subsystems through a Completion
Management System (CMS), such as WinPCS, CoConsole, Omega, or Aconex.
Conduct system walkdowns with construction, quality, and commissioning teams to
identify punch items and ensure timely closeout.
Verify mechanical completion packages (MCPs) and subsystem dossiers are complete
and meet turnover requirements.
Support the development and implementation of QA/QC and completions procedures
tailored to LNG plant systems, such as cryogenic piping, compressors, vaporizers, LNG
tanks, and utility systems.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and client representatives to
resolve quality or turnover issues.
Participate in audits, NCR management, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous
improvement of QA processes.
Maintain accurate records for regulatory and client turnover, supporting final
documentation handover.

delay/disruption, labor
productivity loss, construction defects, defective workmanship, and a myriad of other
construction-
related issues.Assisted to develop System and Subsystem scope drawings for
Client/Operations approval andissue to Construction for progress tracking.Used
Microsoft Visio to hi-lite drawings and assign to layers for printouts.Developed
organization flow charts for Mechanical completion packages to be received
andreviewed, also the building and flow of Instrument Loop packages.Used engineering
deliverables to develop and assign subsystems for check.
sheets(electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, structural and civil) to be used for MC
Certificates and Loops tracking.Reviewed MC Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical
packages for systems acceptance to issueMC Certificate and Livening Up
Notice.Reviewed CMT for Sub-System Tag accuracy.Developed Turnover Packages when
Subsystems are completed.

and specifications are met.Verify the equipment meet the specified criteria per
engineered Drawings, Bill of Materials, andcustomer specifications.Inspect fit and finish
of structures, assemblies, and parts.Generate reports of conditions found during
inspection activities, notifies operations and
management of significant problems, and completes documentation necessary to attest
to
satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities.Provides technical assistance to
customers during onsite inspections.Ensured all documentation is complete and
accurate, meeting IOM quality standards.Ensure construction & assembly of products
adheres to local and national standards, as required.Test equipment for proper function
and safety protection. Record discrepancies and test results and prepare final inspection
reports. Collaborate with production supervisors and project managers to resolve quality
