Working for Identity Compliance and Automation IT team , automating IT processes and migrating them to Cloud RPA solutions . Developing Chat Bot solutions to streamline IT processes. Providing strategic planning for change management and scalable automation.

  • Local Admin Bulk request Canvas App to allow IT staff to upload bulk requests as excel for local admin access, or validate emails and machine names using Microsoft Graph API before submission. Requests were routed to ITSM software (EasyVista) via API
  • IT Service Account Management Canvas App that updated or closed over 1k service accounts, using Power Automate to owners of accounts to renew or change POC information. As part of self-service and their saved choices in SharePoint lists would be handled by IT Security Analyst.
  • Sharepoint Framework (SPFX App) to dynamically create and edit adaptive cards from Sharepoint document library to be dynamically loaded as Cards on chat
  • Building Global IT Chat bot with Microsoft Power Virtual Agents: Hybrid bot where PVA connected to Microsoft Language Service to for QnA functionality, allowing for multi-lingual translation with non-english versions using Microsoft Azure Bot Service and C# based Bot Framework.
