My role with Larimer county Fleet was to build a team and work together to build a solid PM program to increase equipment uptime and reduce on road breakdowns .

Our team identified and improved deficiencies and implemented improvements we designed and implemented inspection sheets for specific equipment

we also moved pm schedules to increase and decrease frequencies based on the working environment .

• Positively interacted with drivers, upper management and shop department, which helped improve overall communication.

• My role with Sitewise Corporation focuses on overseeing and maintaining an effective fleet maintenance program that prolongs the life of the fleet, ensuring safe operation of all equipment and completing repairs in a timely manner
• Key to the role is maintaining a strong work ethic and acting with a sense of urgency and purpose, balanced with strategic and day-to-day operational intent
• Some of my duties include establishing work priorities and sequence, assigning work and managing all operations work performance focusing on efficiency, work quality, cost and schedule, managing and developing personnel, and ensuring the fleet conforms to all health and safety regulations.

• My role with Sitewise Corporation focuses on performing major and minor repairs to automobiles, trucks, emergency equipment, tractors, and other power-driven equipment
• Key to the role is maintaining a flexible approach and being detailed oriented while working in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities
• Some of my duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical problems, performing major overhauls, minor repairs and welding to various equipment, preventative maintenance inspections and working closely with the management and team in coordinating all repair works and fleet maintenance services.

• My role with Anadarko Petroleum Corp
• Focused on operating and maintaining various equipment associated with producing a well
• Key to the role was practicing effective communication and organisational skills
• Some of my duties included managing 100 wells, coordinating and performing maintenance duties required to maintain operations and regulatory compliance, conducting inspections, procurement of repair equipment and adhering to all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental regulation.

• My role with Select Energy Services @ Schneider Energy focused on monitoring and ensuring the regular maintenance to ensure adequate flow and optimum quality
• Key to the role was maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and practicing good communication skills
• Some of my duties included overseeing the vertical and horizontal flow back, identifying the performance and condition of the well system and performing proper maintenance of the well system.
